Pitch Noise from blower fan (PETG and mk3)

I ended up getting a replacement mk3 from all the issues I was having. I've connected the new one and trying to print PETG. The fan is making a horrible pitching noise. I've contacted live chat support who told me to just buy another fan and he didn't hear the noise from the video and

At first I thought it was the power supply but it turns out to be the blower fan. Putting the blower fan to 255 makes the pitch noise go away, same with at 0. The problem with this is that after a minute, it goes back to around 76 again.

Mine did this and it was a broken wire to the fan just behind the extruder. also if you fan is at the new 45 degree angle they are louder also

I too had this about 5 weeks; bought some replacement fans and the original fan stopped making the noise.

It is still quiet 🙂
