overhangs and blobs build-up on prints

hi,

I am having problems with fine details on overhangs and bridging I guess... I am new to this so I don t know the right terms.

my prints are pretty good aside when it gets to corners and overhangs. it seems to do it from specific sides probably where the nozzle stops when doing layers perhaps. I also noticed that it gets worse from the back side of the printed object (when you look at the printed object on the heatbed and you are facing the printer)

I marked the problematic areas with a silver marker

how could I fix this? thank you
