The noise starts as soon as the printer is turned on and can be heard all the way through the run time. I am concerned about a faulty power supply, damage to the printer, or burnout. Support has told me that this sound is normal. Please does anyone have the same experience?

I am attaching a video which shows that both fans are not moving and the sound is indeed coming from the power supply.
