new E3D V6 nozzle vs old version
I've been printing PLA, TPU, PETG and Nylon in my MK3S using my original E3D v6 nozzle (kit printer 2019), with temps up to 250 and maybe 255 degrees. I know that's high, given the PTFE tube. I recently noticed the E3D v6 now comes in a different configuration and claims it prints up to 300 degrees. Can anyone provide info on how well this works given it doesn't have a PTFE tube? Can the newer version be directly swapped for the original?
