MMU issue: after clicking print file it just resets; endless loop

MMU issue: after clicking print file it just resets; endless loop

We've tried reformatting SD card and soft reset of MMU.  Files from slicer and are able to read by MMU, but when trying to load file it just reboots every time.  Any ideas?
