MK3s shows wrong version of Filament Sensor
Hi there
I upgraded in my oldest printer with MMU2s the filament sensor to v0.4. The printer shows in support menu 'v0.3 or older'. I did a self test, he detects the sensor, all OK. However, it doesn't change to v0.4 after the self test. How can I force the printer to detect the new sensor version?
I am on FW 3.9.3

I believe you would need to factory reset the printer with the new sensor installed for it to detect it correctly.

If anyone ever comes by this thread in the future, the way I solved it was unplugging the power to my MMU2S and turning the printer on, this allowed a menu option for filament sensor detection to be visible. under settings, hw setup, very bottom is filament sensor detection. I tried the selftest method that prusa described but it never triggered.
