MK3S / Filament comes out from top of Heater Block
I was wondering why my prints had some strange filament outputs randomly (see image https://imgur.com/a/wqMvgSE ) so I looked around the heater block and saw this filament flowing down the heater block https://imgur.com/a/0KfLJVV . I printed with PETG @230°C. When I printed with the shipped silver Prusament, I didn't recognize any of these issues..
Then I realized that it comes out from every side and the other side from the cooling block was already loose. Please see this video: https://imgur.com/a/sERcgdr
I removed the nozzle because it was totally clogged from the downside (though still working) and realized that the heat block is very loose.. https://imgur.com/a/JZPcOkT (not much force is needed)
Is this normal?
Is it supposed to be tight?
Is there any (quick) way of tightening it?
I'd like to avoid a complete disassembling of the extruder. Or do I need a complete new one? I hope not...
Any help is very appreciated.

here's a guide from e3d

Re: MK3S / Filament comes out from top of Heater Block
well it sais something about hot-tightening at step 26 https://e3d-online.dozuki.com/Guide/V6+Assembly/6?lang=en#s89 that's what I did - as good as I could while the heater is assembled on the extruder. But I still think it's coming out on top: https://e3d-online.dozuki.com/Guide/V6+Assembly/6?lang=en#s66
I'm also quite worried about this broken piece: https://imgur.com/a/sERcgdr
