MK3S+ crashes (Y) How do I resolve this?

Hello,

My MK3S+ has been having issues with "Y" crashes.

Slicer 2.92/FW3.14.1-8237

The printer has been stable for years and decided to crash on one particular small part while printing ASA in an enclosure.

I recalibrated the printer and lubed it after the second time this occured. Tested it on a PLA part and it came out great. I printed several more parts including a couple ASA parts and it worked great. Two days later it crashed again on the same part as it initially. I totally re-modelled the part thinking there may be an issue with the file. It crashed again 40 min into a 67 minute new print.

Belt tension X=>260, Y=>271 There is nothing impeding any of the X-Y-Z movement. It passes the self test too.

Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how did you resolve it?

Thanks!
