MK3S+ bed temperature 10 degrees off

I started having problems printing on the textured sheet. The filament just would not stick to the bed anymore. I tried calibrating Z offset, but this did not solve the problem.

I just now noticed that the bed temperature is off by 10 degrees. (I measured with a thermal camera and with a meat temperature sensor, and both show the same result)

If I set the temperature to 60C, the bed only goes to 50C. If I set it to 70C it goes to 60C and so on.

Is there a way to calibrate the bed temperature sensor or is the temperature sensor damaged?

RE:

There's always a small offset between the real temperature on top of the bed and the value sensed by the thermistor underneath the bed.

Depending on the plate  and room temperature, in my experience, that offset ranges usually from 2 to 4 Celsius. It shouldn't be as high as 10C, if the thermistor is in good shape. The problem could be also a partially damaged cable or just the connector going into the Einsy board that doesn't makes good electrical contact, being a bit loose. That happened to me once or twice and I solved it unplugging and plugging again a couple of times that connector. It's worth trying anyway, before going into the hassle of replacing the thermistor,

Thanks for the hint. I've just tried that and it got a bit better. But I still get a 6C offset directly on the heatbed. I just ordered a replacement thermistor. The printer is 6 years old and this is the first time I have problems with it. So I think it is better to completely replace the thermistor after such a long runtime.
