MK3 Firmware Trouble
Hi there,
I just updated my MK3 to the latest firmware 3.10.1.
Now it just shows "Original Prusa i3 Prusa Research", briefly starting the fan and showing "..." underneath before hanging completely.
I attempted a factory reset "Delete all". On startup it prompts me for language selection, then just displays a blank screen..
I repeated using a different USB cable and port - same result.
I am now desperately trying old firmware updates in hope of getting my printer back online..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect you have used the wrong firmware image. I suggest you use Chat (not email) to determine exactly which Mk of printer you have. Provided you haven't overwritten the bootloader (surprisingly difficult to do accidentally) you should be able to recover quite easily. You've bought an expensive printer in part because of the support provided, so use it.
