MK3 extruder issue- just clicks!

Hey guys my 2019 MK3 has been a trooper only minor repairs like replacing hotend and or heat sensor- I replaced hotend a few months back was working great 2 days ago, filament loads fine but once I select print as it lays the layer before print extruder clicks no filament comes out! Unload filament and reload it flows fina thru nozzle- select print it does same extruder just clicks no filament comes out! I get Z Calibration error went thru menu Wizard started bed leveling but the nozzle was tearing the paper, aborted that- ran the other z calibrations it passed those,  Self Test is OK but on print no filament comes out only clicking...I did a cold pull all good Replaced nozzle still clicking- check out the 2 vids

The two commonest reasons are a clogged Bondtech gear or a wrong extruder idler pressure - these can be linked, for example if an out of spec or uneven filament evades the idler it can stick and the gear then grinds some clogging particles from the surface...

Thanks for reply- checked that not it- feeds filament but once print starts nothing- I need to get thru the Z calibration- I noticed that when it goes thru the 9 point check before print I can see the heatbed being pushed down especially on the 4 5 8 9 ie right side of bed- any tips on how to proceed!?

Check there are no fragments of filament or stringing under the build sheet.

How old is your nozzle?

Hey- checked looks clear- like you see in the YT Short it feeds filament when Loading but not once print starts- it's like nothing comes out then starts clicking- for sure the Z calibration with sheet off needs to be completed- I installed a new hotend with new nozzle like May 10 was printing great til 4 days ago. It started acting up on the initial checking the 9 points - it was getting Fail on the check- I'm pretty sure its the point 9 far right corner, then no filament extruded. I just put new nozzle on yesterday! Tried First Layer calibration- nothing comes out- I tried the Z calibration twice but it tears the paper sheet with steel sheet OFF, I nee dto search out how to fix this can't find my Manual only my ASsembly Instruction booklet.  I also selected Move Axis>Extruder- the motor turns slowly as I think it should

When loosening PINDA Sensor it seemed the screw was not tight- hoping this was the major issue- it passed the Z calibration with sheet off which it failed previous 2 times- Thermal test underway
