Mintemp error fixed - problem every print start (MK3S)

Yesterday night a print job stopped with the error "Mintemp error fixed - restart".

I restarted and the pint starts again, but stoppes always with same error at first layer.

I checked the heat sensor cable and also the connection to the electronic board. I found no error, but the print stops after a few minutes with same failure - always.

Ambient temperature is room temperature around 20°C.

Any idea?

I made additional tests and after some time is stopped with the error Mintemp error BED.

I check ed cables and all looked fine.

I pushed the heading parts at the bed and since that it works fine again. Looks like there was a slight loose at the bed connection of the cables?!?

Let's see if it stays fine.

@patrick-s49

Mintemp is normally a thermistor problem  if the thermistor circuit goes open circuit, the einsy controller will sense a low temperature error.

there should not be any thermistor connections, to get loose at the heatbed end...  Is the thermistor connector well seated on the einsy board?

 if you suspect a loose connections on the heatbed power, please investigate and tighten the screws if necessary, otherwise you risk overheating at the connection point
Note the washer should be between the head of the socket screw and the top of the power connector ring, and DEFINITELY NOT between the power connector ring and the heatbed...

I have perfect printing on small items (on the PRUSA sd card)..  But when I start the larger print (sliced by myself) I get a MINITEMP fixed please restart....at the first layer

I have the same error. I just print smaller parts, that are located on the middle of the platform on the y axis. x axis and z axis movements cause no errors for me. This is a workaround until I can take the heat bed apart and investigate further.

MINTEMP or MINTEMP BED - often mentioned. Maybe the following link can support you in troubleshooting this: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/am4dykf2rw-mintemp

Statt zu klagen, dass wir nicht alles haben, was wir wollen, sollten wir lieber dankbar sein, dass wir nicht alles bekommen, was wir verdienen.

I am having this same issue. It started happening with the new firmware. My room is rarely above 20 Celsius and when my door opens it does draft. The new firmware just seems so sensitive and too sensitive for my environment.
