if you look between screws 2 and 3 it looks like there's some melted plastic

if your unabout screw terminal i dont think that will cause your enitial problem but may be reason for not tuning on unscrew screw the remove wire and send pic with no screw and no wire

then scrape terminal a bit i have to go for dinner be back here in 1 hour get that terminal cleaned please

Every terminal has been cleaned up along with the spade lugs at the end. I tried turning it on without the hotend thermister but I couldn't get past the min temp error. So I plugged that in and have the bed heating up right now. Set it to 60 but no issues so far.

unplug the heat bed thermistor and the wires to heat it up then plug int hotend thermistor and the wires to heat up hotend thermistor and heat up nozzle to 270

Made it to 80 then turned off the bed, but no issues sitting there for a few minutes. I'm wondering if the connections were lose and it was losing power internally and cycling the machine while I was trying to print.

doubt it dont think that would make it frezze many things still to try could be hotend causing this

I've got the hot end heating up at the moment. I set it to 200 but will step it up to 270 once it hits there.

Just got an external fan error. should I have that plugged in?

nah dont plug that in unless nozzle stops heating because of this

plug both fans in when the nozzle hits 200 or over

The nozzle kept trying to go to zero so I have the two fans plugged in and have it warming up again (to 200 then i'll step it up again)

Set it to 270 it went up to 275 then settled down to 270 shortly after. no issues from what I can see with anything so far.
