RE: Many Issues with Prusa
here is videos showing the issue. The faulty PINDA is passing the calibration but very slowly.
the other video shows the new PINDA and how fast and well it works.

RE: Many Issues with Prusa
Interesting. Are they both SuperPinda? I am having trouble seeing it clearly in the video.

Thank you for reporting.
I was looking at your faulty PINDA video. Is hard to judge from that view angle, so I'm guessing based on PINDA's reflection from print sheet (best visible at leveling on second row) and I think PINDA's distance to print sheet was too big at that time.
Anyway, I'm glad your troubles are gone.

cwbullet: yes, as Ive already said, Ive had the Prusa for 4 months. So its latest build, Mk3S+ with 3.10 firmware. It comes with the super PINDA. i ordered a new one. Both Super PINDA.
BogdanH: i think the angle its hard to tell. But during my tests I kept moving the PINDA around and trying to get it to work. So its not because of whatever position you see in video. trust me I tried so many things past few days... The new PINDA is about same place the old one was and it works so fast and well.
look at the video. the bad PINDA 31 seconds long and moves up and down so much. The good new PINDA only 16 seconds and barely moves up-down, passes to next point so fast.

Testy. You are not gonna engender help with that attitude.

RE:
Sander, I've got the same issues. I bought a kit, put it together, it worked fine for several projects. Then I started a 6 of 8 piece job and it decided not to work again. It's been months and I haven't completed the last 2 pieces. It's like a secret software time bomb went off and I can't reverse it. I even bought a dryer on top of buying several new parts including the pinda sensor. I called service techs several times where they step by stepped me into oblivion. I sent photos, videos to no avail. This is a thing I believe is meant to sabotage. Maybe if I paid them to put it together this would not be so. Did you buy a kit and did you ever find a fix?

Your problem (I hope) is not the same.
Clean your print sheet thoroughly, dry your filament, and try again.
If the issue persists run a first layer 'Z' calibration and show us the result *on the print sheet*
Show us a failed print, top and bottom, as well.

I don't know who you are or why you answered. I was trying to communicate with Sander.
