Loud grinding noise

I can't figure out where this is coming from.

Has anyone heard a sound similar to this?

I bought this printer used, so I'm not sure what it should sound like but this sound doesn't seem normal.

Could this be a bad y stepper  motor?

I've checked my belts, both are sitting around 260.I've cleaned the rods and added a small amount of grease. I've checked the screws all seem okay.

It's almost like a grinding/rattle when the printer is moving fast

It sounds like your nozzle is scraping against the fill.  To check: if you change the fill-type the noise will change.

Some fills (eg grid) have highpoints where the extrusions cross and are only suitable for low densities; others (eg cubic) do not and are better at high density.

It seems like the nozzle is vibrating on the bed? When I apply pressure to any part of the sound goes away....

You may have a lose or wrongly tightened Y carriage mount - or U bolt on older machines.

See from step 24 on: https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/2-y-axis-assembly_25488
