Less noisy alternative to nozzle fan?
No, I'm not talking about the noise some people are experiencing at less than full throttle. I'm talking about the regular operation noise of the nozzle cooling fan. And admittedly, that's a complaint at a very high level - but in stealth mode, that's indeed the most annoying sound from the printer. So, does anyone have a less noisy alternative to that? Either a quiter fan in the same dimensions and specifications, or a printed part that would take one of those wonderful Noctua fans on one end and supply the nozzle cooling on the other?
Re: Less noisy alternative to nozzle fan?
Same issue here.
I have my MK3 for first week so far.
And the nozzle fan making really rattle sound.
I changed the speed from 255 to about 200. Sounds better. But still looking for better solution. I would buy a better quality fan to replace it, if I knew from where and what are the specs. Any helpful info appreciated.
