Led knob help
I've been having trouble with my control knob forever but have just dealt with it. When I turn it sometimes it works. Some times it's not very responsive but the biggest issue is it seems to actually go both directions no matter what way it is turned. For example I turn clockwise and at first it will go down the menu but then just switch direction and start going back up. Any help or suggestions would be great. I'm starting to think something is just wrong and i may need to replace.

sounds like it's dirty or something. I don't know what kind of encoder it is.
