LCD Screen remains same after FW update
After I flashed the new Firmware 3.10.0 to my printer the LCD screen keeps showing the same message "Upgrading Firmware. Dot Not Disconnect, Verfy 100%"
Can't get this message to go away by pressing the knob.
What is the next step I need to take?
Factory reset "X"? Which I tried also but that also does not doe what it supposed to do. Keeps showing the following LCD Screen>
I hope someone has any suggestions for me on how to proceed???

I went back to the previoud FM version 3.9.3, now printer is working again.
