Layer shift and runaway X and Y
Hello everyone!
We have just finished building our Mk3 and are running into two issues with the printer.
First, there is considerable layer shift even on small object like the calibration cube. During the print, printer quite often reports Y crash and recovers.
Second, the printer quite often runs away in both X and Y axes. Instead of stopping on the object boundary, the movement and extrusion continues until the steppers hit the limits. Then there is an ugly noise as steppers try to push beyond the boundaries and the Y crash is reported and printer recovers. But the print is unusable.
According to belt status, both belts are around 270-280 now (we had them around 240 before, with same issues).
What's wrong with our build? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
