Javascript error in ColorPrint app
The ColorPrint app at https://blog.prusaprinters.org/color-print/ stopped working for me yesterday.
After I select a gcode file, the sliders don't appear so I can't add color changes and download the updated gcode.
I see the following error in the Javascript console:
Uncaught TypeError: $slider.cycle is not a function
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (app.js?ver=1556625612:21)

I saw that JS error as well as some serious CORS mis-config as well.

Just to be clear, it worked last weekend on the same gcode file I tried again yesterday so the fatal bug is new. I suspect the CORS mis-configuration has been there for a while but it doesn't affect the functionality of the ColorPrint app.

The Javascript error is gone and ColorPrint works again.
