Issue with firmware versions that use Thermal Model calibration.
on my Mk3S+, I had a blob of death, and it destroyed my factory E3dV6 hotend, so rather than just replace it, I decided to upgrade to a E3dRevo6. I bought it when the firmware support was not yet implemented for the revo6 in the newer firmware versions which have the new Thermal Model Calibrations, so I rolled back to 3.11.0-4955, which worked fine for me.
Currently I am trying to get the Revo specific firmware version 3.13.3-7094 to work, as i am upgrading to MMU3. and it requires version 3.13.0 or higher.
The issue is, no matter what i try i cannot get the Thermal Model Calibration to pass. When activating the hotend, it will almost immediately give a thermal anomaly error (usually 1 to 2 seconds after starting heating). This also occurs if i try a PID calibration, however during PID calibration there is no error, however the hotend set temp drops to zero and the menu on the LCD hangs.
Here is what the printer send to the serial console when attempting a TM Calibration;
