Is this the correct section to Post a Slic3rPE Bug with supports replicated and seemingly confirmed

I have a issue where I cannot use a modifier via Settings>Load Generic>Type:Support Blocker

There seems to be a issue if modifiers are used horizontally in "layers" where Slic3r will not adhere to the modifiers, and on this specific model force supports despite a overhang threshold also.

Do I have a setting incorrect that might help, or change the outcome?

Its very possible it is due to the model somehow, but I cant think of how to change it to remove the issue being incurred.

These screenshots show a different solution to the same problem of Slic3r forcing supports "universally" it seems, only using 2 “Support Enforcers” instead of a single “Support Blocker”

As you can see, it seems to allow the first support modifier Only, yet once I add this second modifier, then it seems to force the center section to have supports also.

The best place to report Sic3rPE bugs is at Github: https://github.com/prusa3d/Slic3r/issues

Have a look at my models on Printables.com 😉
