I'm looking for a Z-axis for an M5 trapezoidal leadscrew

Hi everyone, I have one of the first 3D printers that came out. You had to assemble it yourself. To be more exact, a Prusa i3 steel with a steel chassis.I've gotten some 5-metric Z-axis leadscrews. The problem I'm having is that I've searched everywhere and can't find the part files for those leadscrews. I'm hoping anyone knows where to get them to upgrade my printer.

I've attached photos so you can see what kind of leadscrews they are and what support they have.

Thanks and best regards.

Hi,

Strictly  speaking this is a support site for Prusa Research produced printers where as you have a 3rd party clone.  However, I'll let the post stand for now to see if someone can help you.  You may be better off asking on somewhere like reddit's 3D Printing subreddit.

Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience

I didn't know this forum was only for official Prusa, I thought it was a forum for everything.

The Prusa MK1 used standard M5 all thread and standard M5 nuts for the Z axis.

I have never seen 5mm lead screw

Hope you find what you are looking for
