Prusa MK3S+, built from a kit maybe a year ago. It has worked flawlessly from the start. However, about a week ago it developed a clog somewhere in the extruder that I haven't been able to fix. I've followed all the instructions on the prusa pages (https://help.prusa3d.com/article/clogged-nozzle-hotend-mk3s-mk2-5s_2008) regarding this - I've unclogged the nozzle, can get the needle tool into it to about 28mm, then it stops. I've replaced the ptfe tube, although the old one looked fine when I removed it. When I try to load filament, it will go in about 72mm and then stops. Any ideas? What should I try next?
