Hotend damaged

Hotend damaged

After an issue where a print failed, and significant filment got on the e axis, either trough attempts to remove it or the issue itself, some of the wires have been damaged, along with some of the printed parts, meaning, I need to replace various components, as such, I wish to know where to go from there.

Hi Tyler,

where are you located?
have you cleaned off the failed print?

have you been able to remove the heater cartridge and thermistor?
