Hotend damaged
After an issue where a print failed, and significant filment got on the e axis, either trough attempts to remove it or the issue itself, some of the wires have been damaged, along with some of the printed parts, meaning, I need to replace various components, as such, I wish to know where to go from there.

where are you located?
have you cleaned off the failed print?
have you been able to remove the heater cartridge and thermistor?
