Holding down the button and clicking gets weird display

I held down the rotary button, and got z axis adjust. I clicked to get out of it, and got this weird display:

Does anyone know what it means?

When my display went nuts I did a FACTORY RESET with CLEAR ALL, and the display came back. At the time, I was also seeing odd effects in my prints.

Doing a full reset allows (requires) a full calibration, too. So it will take a bit. But you end up with a factory fresh configuration.

Thanks! When I click the button again, it goes away, so the printer/display isn't broken, but the sequence is repeatable. I'm sure that it means something, just curious as to what.

Okay... makes some sense if it only happens at one spot. Especially if rotating the knob increments 0.

What language is selected? You could also look at the display spec sheet and decode what the text might say, just in case it's a lost bit; but if it's a different language, this wouldn't work.

And where in the menus are you that pressing the button selects this? Only after Z- change? And what firmware and revision are you using?
