Heatbed or Circuit Board failure.

I cant seem to find an official Support Number, Email, or area.

i3 MK3S

Last week the heatbed stopped working while printing, and nothing I have done after searching has been able to fix it. Re-Running the wizard returns an error when trying to heat the heatbed - MINITEMP Bed Error

I have put a multi-meter on the heatbed AND the Thermister lead.

Heat Bed OHM = 3.3

Thermister = OL

Ive tried everything to play with the wire on the Thermister and no luck, still OL when reading with a multimeter....

How do I get a support ticket submitted?

Hi Christopher, your quickest option is  the use the Chat button, on the eShop pages, bottom right hand corner, it appears, after about 5 seconds looking at the page. they have 24 hour support!

https://shop.prusa3d.com/en/

or email      [email protected]  but this tends to have a slow response

regards Joan

Oops, I just checked to get the store URL for another thread and I wasn't logged into the store, but I still got the "Chat now..." button. Maybe being logged in first isn't necessary to get the chat button. I'd still login anyway with the hope that will help the support person access your account.
