It's up to you...  

some folk only use brass for basic filaments and hardened for abrasive filaments 
Some folk use Ohlsson ruby for everything. 
some folk use NozzleX all of the time, 
Some folk say Brass are so cheap they use them for everything. 
Others prefer Microswiss, 
some people have different printers for different materials... 
there are some nozzles with dual ducts between the melt zone and the nozzle that aparrently out perform normal nozzles
Some folk never change their nozzles because they are light users and don't want the bother, 
somefolk have many nozzles in different diameters and sizes 

Here is my assortment, the numbers on the side don't make a lot of sense, because I decided after making the holder, to standardise on 0.35, 0.4 and 0.6 nozzles so that is mostly what I have

at the back of the 0.4mm column I have a titanium nozzle, in front of that is a stainless steel 0.4mm,  at the far left I have three hardened 0.6mm  nozzles in the middle of the 0.8 column I have two stainless nozzles. 

My Mk2 is running 0.4mm stainless at the moment, 
My Mk3 MMU2 is running 0.6mm brass which was performing badly with carbon fibre filament, however with the lockdown I can'r get at that printer to change to one of the hardened nozzles, yet. the Mk3 beside me, has a 0.4mm brass nozzle,  FrankenPrusa has 0.4mm stainless, Bumblebee (Geetech i3ProB) with black and yellow parts, now sports a Mk3S extruder with o.4mm brass. 

If I have to dissassemble the extruder for any reason, I will probably fit this
