RE: Fried Einsy?
Hi again,
I just managed to get my Prusa back to work using this tutorial.
How to use/switch to the second thermistor connector on the einsy RAMBo - Prusa I3 MK3s - YouTube
Make sure you watch this correction video also. In the first tutoial he forgot to change values of the pins, so there would have been no change.
Correction to the thermistor switch video on Prusa MK3s einsy RAMBo - YouTube
This is absolutely genius and worked for my like a charm. Btw. Arduino IDE 1.8.5 is recommended but I had 1.8.19 already installed and it works so far for me.
If you have not yet installed the Arduino IDE, I would recommend to go with the recommended version 1.8.5.
The disadvantage of this fix is that you have to patch every new firmware before installing, but hey ...
Once everything is setup, the changes are simple and easy to make.
And I also try my own suggestion having the wires of thermistor and heater on different sides of the heaterblock.
So far no probs.

RE: Fried Einsy?
I have been using a piece of maroon scotch brite pad to clean my nozzles. Seems to work OK and no chance of shorting wires.
