Found solution for clicks sounds in the injector of a MK3, but what can be the reason of this?

Hello all,

I have a MK3 with no more of 20hrs of use. In the last days a strange noise of clicks started to appear in the injector. After tests a lot of things I found that the problem was the residuals of something in the input port of the filament before the gears. So the motor needs to apply a lot of torque to pull the filament.

I found this when I tried to reload the filament and it was almost impossible to introduce it, also the filament sensor was clogged, so the machine couldn't detect that is out of plastic.But the question now is, what is this residuals and what can be the cause?, is the second time I cleaned it and between the first and second the machine worked no more of 8 hrs.

Note, the residuals were not in the gears, it was inside the tube to introduce the filament.
