Firmware upgrade too v 3.12.1 on mk 3
When I upgradet my old mk3 today it says mk3s in the display !!!! what's that?

It sounds like you used the wrong firmware. There is an MK3 and an MK3S_MK3S+ version.
Just reflash the correct version.

MK3S is the 8th item on the firmware update page, so you need to scroll down a fair bit
