Filament not unloading after inactivity

Hi, I want to start off by saying that I haven't used my 3d printer in a few months and that I also am not the best at doing physical repairs so I would like to do the repairs with minimal risk of breaking something.

When I try to print or unload my PLA filament (which is already loaded), nothing happens. I am using an MK3S printer. I have tried pulling out the filament from the top but it hasn't budged. i understand that I am not giving much details here. I can provide more details and pictures of they are needed.

The first picture is the top of the printing part and the second image is the bottom, and you can see there is no filament coming out.

Things to try.  Loosen the screw on the drive door so the filament is loose.  Heat your head to 220 degrees, and then try to pull the filament out.

Your head may be clogged and you may have to clear the nozzle.

Search on how to do a cold pull as that may help.  Other option is to pull the nozzle off and clear it if the cold pull doesn't work.
