Filament not loading
I click on the 'Load to nozzle' function and the printer loads the filament to print head and then retracts. It does this about 3 or 4 times. It then loads to head and moves position as if to expel filament out the nozzle. Instead it just retracts again and the LCD displays ' Is the filament printing and in the correct colour?'. It evidently is not... I am pretty fed up with it now. Please can someone help me fix the problem!

I think that your filament sensor on the extruder is not correctly adjusted and therefore does not recognize any filament. In the LCD menu - support - sensor info the value 1 should be displayed when filament is loaded. If there is 0, then the sensor has not loaded or recognized any filament.
