Filament keeps getting stuck in PTFE tube
Anyone know the inner diameter of the Prusa PTFE tubes?
So I got a few rolls of Devil Design PLA and it keeps getting stuck in the PTFE tube, and I have to disassemble the extruder so I can take out the PTFE tube. I can the sometimes get the filament out, but so far I've had to discard 2 tubes...
I've taken some measurements and the filament looks like it stays within a tolerance of +/- 0.05.
No problems when I load some prusament..
Did I get a bad batch of filament?

Sounds like you got a bad filament. The PTFE tubes I have appear to have an inner diameter of 2mm. Kinks in the filament (even Prusament) could get it stuck, though.
