Filament is always tangled
Hello There,
Yesterday I tried 3 times to print something.
The problem I have is that the spool with filament is tangled up because of some reason.
Every time I unravel the spool but still the same problem appears every time.
The third print has print about 5 hours, and then tangled up.
In about 2/3 hours of printing the spool looks like factory.
I think it's a factory fail, what do you think?

In 99.99% of cases, the user is to blame for tangled filament. He let go of the end of the filament, it tangles up and this "knot" will move on the roll during printing till it is to tight. This is why you see it at a random timing.

Filament simply cannot "tangle" from the factory. It is one long stream that is not cut until the reel is full, and you can bet that when they cut it either the machine or person promptly tucks it in the retainer to ensure it doesn't flop around. There's no loose end to flop around and tuck under/over other loops. Even the cheapest, most shoddily wound rolls of filament I've used have not had tangles in them.

While I think its not likely with Prusa rolls I disagree with Vintagepc in that I've bought cheap rolls from ebay and they DID tangle after a few hours printing. I am always very careful when changing a spool but it does happen from the factory, especially with cheap stuff. Its why I stopped buying cheap rolls of filament from ebay.

There is no way for a tangle to appear in the middle of a roll. The second picture shows a tightly wound spool with a simple solution to fix it and get back to printing.
