Filament cooling fan shroud getting hot

For the second time in a few weeks, the fan shroud of the cooling fan on my MK3S+ has been warped by heat. So it started to hit the prints and later to disintegrate. I had to replace it every time. Any ideas how to avoid it getting warped in the first place? Is my hotend slightly off, so the heat it radiates destroys the shroud?

Both times it happened, I was printing with ABS, which means the hotend was at 255 °C, and the print cooling fan was active.

Did you print the fan shroud with ASA or ABS?

Can you post a few pictures of your hot end?

Those are the pictures of the warped shroud and a view of my hotend. I didn't print them myself, as I got the printer second hand with a box of spares.

I had this same issue and I ended up printing a re-mixed shroud in PC Blend.
