Filament blocking

Hello!

I was printing a model when I heard a strange sound (as in the video). I removed the filament and loaded it again, but the filament rested against something and did not pass.I replaced the nozzle and the problem went away. But then it happened again.

What could it be?

Thanks!

RE: Filament blocking

Did you check the PTFE inside the extruder? Is it worn out at the bottom or is it ok? Is it all the way in? Is the collet holding it in place correctly?

If you heat up and open the idler door completely, can you push the filament by hand or is it blocked as well. If it's blocked, measure how far you can push it in, this way you can determine where the blockage is (PTFE or heat block/nozzle).

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

I recently completely overhauled the extruder. PTFE is new.

When the extruder is fully heated and the door is open, the filament does not move down.

But I think I need to disassemble the extruder again...
