Feature Request: Display Time Remaining
On several prints, I stare at the status for hours wondering when the print will finish. Every hour or so I divide the total minutes by the percent complete to see the total print time and then subtract the elapse time to get the time remaining.
Why can't this just be displayed on the status? There's room and if not it could slowly scroll by.

Your printer shows time remaining? Is this a setting that can be toggled? The default seems to be time elapsed?

Somewhere in the manual it describes how to slice and use time remaining instead of elapsed.

Time remaining is in the gcode? I'm surprised by that... Prusa control is my slicer.

Prusa Control is the problem. It doesn't produce time remaining Gcode and Prusa has stated that they are no longer developing Prusa Control. Slic3rPE does produce time remaining Gcode and isn't that hard to use.

In Slic3r PE generated GCODES, the print time remaining will show since version 3.3.1 (?) I think....
In Prusa Control generated GCODES it does not unless they changed something recently...
That could be why you did not see that option.

I started with Slic3r but switched to prusa control when I had layer and extruder jamming problems. I since fixed that issue doing cold pulls before every print. I'll switch back to Slic3r and give that a shot...
Printer Settings->General has the "Supports remaining times" within the -Firmware- section.
After I flashed to 'prusa3d_fw_3_5_0_MK3' I have the remaining times now.
