It worked pretty good for the last week and a half. But last night it ran out of filament while printing and I had to take it apart to get the filament out of the hot end. I must not have gotten it back together properly because I can't even come close to a good first layer calibration. It won't stick to the bed and the ends of the rectangles aren't square. I'm not sure it's extruding properly. It extrudes if I heat up and run the extruder manually.

your PINDA height has changed - redo the Pinda mechanical height adjustment ( 1 tywrap thickness) and redo the Z calibration and first layer calibration
