Extruder motor TOO hot, normal?

hello there, ive saw some posts that said abbout the extruder motor beeing hot but mine is absolutely super hot, not possible to touch the motor when is printing, is that notmal? is there any change i can do? ive allready put an cooler but i think is not that, does some one know what to do?

It should not be too hot, but "super hot" varies by individual. Can you take a measurement?

Things that can contribute are excessive retractions and friction in the filament feed path.

Check the reactions in your slicer settings, use preview mode.

Check the idler in the extruder door. Open it and make sure it rotates freely. Make sure the filament has a clear path to the extruder. Make sure any filters or guides don't snag.
