Extruder motor clunking?

I've had my i3 MK3 since end of August and for the first month it was working away flawlessly. I have had a few issues that are now resolved but still dealing with a couple more. This one in particular I am curious if anyone would have any ideas why it started happening? I am using the same gcode file that I have used at least a dozen times without any issues. Nothing has changed other than switching to trans/natural filament (Sensor is turned off) and I have made sure the extruder idler door tension is setup properly. Also did a couple of cold pulls and made sure the pulleys are clean, measured extrusion which if anything is off by 1 or 1.5 mm but should not cause this. My hot end is also loose but dealing with that another time.

Here's a video of what I'm dealing with, thanks for any suggestions.

Sorry yes, believe a spool of trans natural I bought was either bad or it's just a garbage brand which was causing the problem.
I tried to delete this topic but then realized I couldn't and forgot to message a mod to do it.
