Extruder/hotend upgrades

Is there an all-metal extruder upgrade (similar to MicroSwiss; no PTFE tube) that will fit interchangeably with the MK3S+?

The V6 is already an all-metal hotend. The PTFE tube is completely in the cold zone and does not go through the heat break.

The Revo 6 is a drop-in replacement for the V6. The PTFE tube does not even touch the heat break in this hotend but just touches the sink.

What is the advantage of the Revo? Any thoughts on the Mosquito or the Volcano?

I have no experience with the Vulcano or the Mosquito.

The Vulcano forces you to print at a higher speed. This can lead to reduced print quality. You need a new extruder and because of the poor weight distribution, the heatbreak breaks at the slightest resistance.

The Mosquito should be a good hotend. The heatbreak is better and nozzle change is easier. Max. flowrate is a bit higher. You will need a new extruder and I'm not sure if you can reuse your V6 nozzles.

The Revo 6 works without modifying the extruder or the firmware. It has a better heatbreak and max. flowrate is a bit higher. There is nearly no wear on the PTFE liner. Nozzle change can be done cold and is extremely easy. The heater and thermistor are failproof. But you need new (expensive) nozzles.
