Extruder engine skiping
After a few weeks of print with zero problems, suddenly prints started to fail because of extruder engine skiping, that leaded (after hours) to breaking of filament inside the extruder. Problem was always solved by opening of the idler and resseting of its downforce.
I do not want to reset extruder after every print. What should I do?

how do you set up the extruder idler tension.
what I do, is to take the filament out of the extruder, so that it is empty.
then loosen both tension screws so there is no tension on the idler door
I then screw each tension screw in, until i can just feel the screwing effort increase as the spring inside contacts the end of it's hole. then I repeat with the other tension screw.
then I reload the filament, as the filament passes between the bondtech gears, the tension springs give exactly the right tension for the extruder.

I can set it right, but after few hours I ahve to repeat that.

are you sure that you have the nuts in the idler door?

I am sure.
Yesterday, I deasembly hole extruder and found an blockage in the heatbreak. So I cleaned that and started to print again. But what I have found today? Print failed during the first layer. BTW I used 0,25 nozzle.
Now I am trying normal 0,4 nozzle and I will see. But what I really cant to print with 0,25mm and I quite desperate about that.

One question.
I am using gembird PLA. Is it possible, that it is due to the filament?

What type of PLA filament? And it would help to see a photo of one of the bad prints.

The filament type does matter, along with nozzle size. If you're printing PLA with a little glitter in it a .25mm nozzle isn't advised.
Did you still get jams after switching back to your .4mm nozzle?

After switching to 0,4mm nozzle, there is much less problems than before. But the skipping of the engine sometimes ocures. What is working, is to pause the print, unload and load filament again. So it would be enough to sit next to printer and wait but that is something I do not want to do, especially with the 0,25 printing times are normaly for hours.
So with 0,25 it occures often, with 0,4 seldom.
Now I print quite OK with 0,4.

And I do not use gliters and I do not know of what to take a picture.
If it happens during the first line, you can see increasing underextrusion that leads to stoping of the print and (long time affter that), braking of the filament.

If loading and unloading help - perform a COLD pull (lots of references online about how to do this). It's easier than it sounds.
As Joan related, proper tension of the Bondtech filament drive gear and idler is important. Check the user manual for instructions to adjust it.
And a photo of the part that has underextrusion can help forum volunteers help you fix your print issue.
