Endless Pause cycle
I've tried on a couple of parts to insert a pause (for the insertion of hex nuts). In all attempts the pause itself works fine. When I Resume Print the printer warms the hotend and moves back to the location on the part where it should pickup the process, then acts like it immediately got another pause command. I've attempted to Resume Print numerous times all with the same result. I tried using the change color as I saw someone suggest and that works but it puts the print head in front of the work and I have to go through the unloading and loading process which is a waste of time. Suggestions? (I have the latest version of software.) MK3

RE: Endless Pause cycle
I've got exactly the same problem. I'm using the MMU2 and it does what you describe. Clearly the pause is being acted upon correctly, but the printer firmware isn't moving the program pointer onto the next line. That means as soon as it resumes, it repeats the pause command.
Can someone at Prusa take a look at this please, it's clearly a bug with a trivial fix.

Maybe you give 3.9.0 RC3 a try -> https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/releases/tag/v3.9.0-RC3

@karl-herbert
Thank you. I did locate a post that said this was fixed in the up coming 3.9.0-RC code. As a newbee, I'm not yet brave enough to test RC code on my new toy. I can wait a week or two. Knowing that it is not me doing something wrong and that a fix is coming is adequate for now.
RE: Endless Pause cycle
Hopefully this new release will address that massive blob that the extruder always outputs when starting a print when you're using the MMU2 in Single mode!
