According to the kit assembly instructions, the power supply switches between "110V" and "220V" automatically. In fact, the label on the frame gives the ranges as 90 - 135V and 180 - 264V, so voltage-wise you are perfectly safe. No specification of mains frequency is given, which almost certainly means that it doesn't care whether the frequency is 60Hz or 50Hz. (If the power supply has an input transformer, then 60Hz is "easier" for it to handle than 50Hz.) I am giving you my engineering opinion without the benefit of actual detailed power supply specifications, so use your own judgement. If you want to be sure, send an email or do a chat with Prusa directly.

Yes, it will work fine on 240@60Hz. The front end has a filter, then converts directly to DC and runs through a boost converter. That may not mean much to you, but it means that it will work with a wide range of voltages (as noted) and either 50 or 60 Hz power, in any combination.
