It does look to be the same Michele from 2018 that I'm trying to work with now. It's sad that Prusa allows someone who is notable for not fitting well at the customer service role to still be there 4 years later making customers unhappy.
I have three other brands of printers, and was hoping the Prusa would be the best of them and allow nice prints with minimal maintenance, but it ends up being just the opposite. Based on the results of almost everyone else there has to be something wrong with mine, if we could just get it fixed I could move on.
