Clicking noise when printing and no filament comming out

Hi, I’m having troubles with printer, I tried to adjust gears, lose and tight the M3X40 screw but nothing helps and Im running out of ideas how to fix it. Already tried to little bit diassamble extruder in hope to fix it but it was also dead end. Printer printed fine, already have few pieces done but in middle of one print this issue with clicking appeared and I cant fix it
This is how the first layer looks like, some parts it prints ok and then its uselessalligment of the gear

YT link for videos of what clicking noise is comming out of extruder

I dont really know what to send, since Im new to 3D printing, so if I need do some better report, please let me know.
Using lates FW for i3 MK3s+ and using spool which came with printer.

Thank you for any help 🙂

Best Answer by FoxRun3D:

Have you tried cold pulls? You may have a clogged nozzle, so the extruder can't push filament through the nozzle.

I agree with Fuchsr.  This is likely a partial clog and cold pulls should help.
