I will ask this; how do you reset the Einsy using the reset button on the board ( push and hold, power on, etc) and what is its function as opposed to the reset button on the console ( the “X” button)?

I believe to reset you hold button down while powering on I think I caRnt rember fully as it was like a year ago or you hold button and push in nob by lcd while turning on.

Success!

Upgraded to Mk3S+ which included a new filament sensor and "Super PINDA", as well as new printed parts. Took a chance and flashed 3.11 and it worked. I had previously tried different versions of the firmware ( Mk3, Mk3S and S+) without anything beyond 3.9.3 functioning. No other changes. I have to assume that the new electronic parts were needed to update the firmware.
