Can't open idler door
I have some filament jam around the extruder or PFTE tube but I'm unable to work to unjam it because I can't open the idler door as all the "how to unjam" posts suggest. I've unscrewed the tensioner w/spring that holds it closed.
Help!

take out the hinge screw at the top and try again...

Thank you! I just discovered that as you were responding.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to unjam my hotend even with this door open. So disassembly continues...
