Can't find right firmware. Printer is acting weird after last update...

Hey all... I've always been very much in the "If it isn't broken, don't screw with it, particularly with firmware" camp. But sometime late last year I decided it had been a long time and went ahead and updated my MK3 to the latest firmware (v3.14.1) The firmware installed fine, but when I went to print it started acting VERY strange. Didn't have time to mess with it then and forgot about it.

Ok, today I went to print something and when it went to do the bed level probing it only went like 1/4 the size of the bed... It almost seemed like it thought it was running on the mini. So I went and tried reinstalling the firmware.  Ok, it took, I power cycled afterwards, decided to try to start going through the calibration wizard. It does the hot end and print fan check, those pass, but then it asks if the left side fan is spinning (it's not). I say no twice, it says it's wired wrong (It's not!!!)

If I try to do an XYZ calibration, it says X length is wrong. (again, I made NO physical changes to the printer since I last used it).

I'm utterly stumped and frustrated. Any help is appreciated! Right now my printer is effectively useless.

Nevermind, I think I finally found the right one... It looks like I tried to install the MK3 and then the MK3.5 when I have a MK3S...

For the love of god please stop making so many sub-versions!!!
